Vinay Sawhney is a CPA with over three decades of experience as a financial executive with a half a billion dollar privately held manufacturing company. He has directed capital projects exceeding $50 million. His responsibilities included monthly reporting on operations, managing cash flows and lines of credit, evaluation of new investments, forecasting, setting policy and procedures.
Mr. Sawhney’s participation in hospitality started in the 1990’s. First as an investor and then eventually as a developer over the past 15 years. Completion of multiple successful hospitality projects during this period has propelled him to pursue other high value developments in the Charlotte region.
Vinay’s approach to business is to build solid relationships and always maintain a fiscally conservative posture . He directs company’s investments in toward markets with growing demand yielding solid returns.
Vinay earned his BS in Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of North Carolina Association of CPA’s (NCACPA) and a member of American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA).
Vinay enjoys hiking, greenway biking, adventure travel, nature photography along with golf and tennis.

Over the past decade, her immersion in operations resulted significantly improved performance of each property. Ms. Mayer’s management style clearly communicates company goals and objective while empowering her team to accomplish those objectives. Toni instills in her team the value of providing an exceptional guest experience.
Toni loves spending time with family and friends, cooking different cuisines, entertaining and hosting events. She gained much of her creative inspirations from her travels, interior design, fashion and beautiful surroundings. Swimming is her favorite sport. Her favorite quote - "Enjoy the little things in life because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things".

Dave Mann has diverse experience in the field of Manufacturing, Information Technology, Property Development and Management. He has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and Masters in Computer Science. He has over 25 years’ experience in IT sector during which time he co-founded and managed an IT company for 20 years. The company provided IT related services to fortune 500 companies in USA and abroad as well as in house product development. During this time, he was an active investor, developing and managing residential and commercial properties.
Dave has been involved with identifying and acquiring real estate for diverse sectors in a growing business corridor to develop our in-house projects as well as identifying existing properties to add it to our portfolio. His focus is to develop and maintain relationship with key players in the full cycle property development process utilizing his Engineering, IT and Financial skills.
